Amina has 10 years of experience spanning over the Investment Banking and Power Sector industries. She has been a key team member in landmark listed debt and equity issues including PKR 2.0 bln retail TFC issue of KE and PKR 12.2 bln IPO of HBL. Before joining Bridge Factor, Amina managed to secure debt commitments for a 350 MW green field coal IPP under development from a consortium of local and Chinese (Sinosure backed) Banks. She holds a BSc Honors degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Economics from LUMS.

His last appointment was with Capventures (Private Equity fund) and PNO Ventures (Venture capital fund) as an Investment Associate and was responsible for the preparation/assessment of pitch decks, financial modelling, cash flow forecast and valuations. He also worked with Microsoft, Seattle Washington where he worked as a Data Scientist. Faran holds a Master’s in Financial Mathematics from George Washington University, USA.
