Bahadur brings three years of expertise in valuation, mergers & acquisitions, and project finance across industries such as banking, renewable energy, shipping, and white goods. Prior to joining Bridge Factor, he served as an associate at Deloitte Pakistan, contributing to significant M&A transactions including the acquisitions of BankIslami by JS Bank and the merger of Habib Metro Modaraba by First Habib Modaraba. Additionally, he led the demerger of Waves Singer Pakistan Limited, among other engagements. Moreover, Bahadur conducted a feasibility study and constructed financial models for Allied Bank and Habib Metro Bank to facilitate the incorporation of wholly-owned exchange companies in Pakistan. At Bridge Factor, he gained exposure to various assignments including project finance and sell-side advisory, where he developed financial models for renewable energy and PPP projects. Bahadur graduated with a BS in Accounting and Finance from IBA Sukkur in 2021 and commenced his career journey at Deloitte Pakistan in the same year.
