Telco Towers Project
Bridgefactor was involved in transaction structuring for the Telco Tower Project in Pakistan, which included establishing 500 tower sites for all MNOS under the project.

Daraban SEZ
Bridge Factor was involved in the development of a financial model and commercial feasibility study, as well as transaction structuring for the Food Processing Zone at Daraban Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). Additionally, we developed a detailed pitch deck aimed at soliciting investment under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode. This initiative was carried out in collaboration with the FCDO funded SEED Program.

Telecom Towers of ATL
BridgeFactor provided advisory services for the arrangement of debt financing for 600 Telecom Towers of ATL. The transaction included preparing a financial model and arranging financing of PKR 5 Billion for the project.

Akbar Bilgrami founded Bridge Factor & holds over 40 years of International experience in banking and corporate finance. Before Establishing Bridge Factor in 2005 he headed the Management Consultancy Division of Grant Thornton (Pakistan Practice). Akbar has been involved in a number of projects in an advisory capacity covering Loan Syndications, acquisitions in the Banking, Telecom, Power and Manufacturing Sectors, as well as major privatisation transactions. Given his vast international experience and expansive network of contacts, Akbar has been instrumental in arranging equity and debt finance for major clients, structuring and negotiating mergers & acquisition deals, and providing negotiation support in complex transactions on the national and international front.

Ahmad is an experienced investment banker with more than 22 years of professional experience in corporate finance, privatizations, M&A advisory and management consulting. He has actively closed/worked on advisory mandates worth USD 7 billion. His experience in privatization sector spans on last 15 years where he worked on nearly USD 4 billion mandates which includes both sell side and buy side advisory. Ahmed has been instrumental in obtaining recognitions and accolades from reputed accreditation organizations including Euromoney, Bloomberg, Thomson, Factset, The Banker and CFA Association of Pakistan. Ahmad is a Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
