Tenaga Generasi Limited (TGL)
Bridge Factor provided financial advisory services to Dawood Lawrencepur Limited for its decision to divest its 75% stake in Tenaga Generasi Limited (TGL), which operates a 50MW wind farm. The transaction encompassed 227,027,613 shares and was sold to Artistic Milliners (Pvt) Ltd.

Multipurpose Bulk Cargo Terminal at KPT – AD Ports Group (Abu Dhabi)
Bridge Factor provided advisory services for the review of the financial model and concession agreement, preparation of the financial proposal and transaction structure, and presentation to the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) board, Ministry, and Cabinet Committee. The value of the transaction was USD 155 million.

Container Terminal – Karachi Port Trust (KPT)
Bridge Factor provided advisory services to the Private Office of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum for the valuation of a container terminal at Karachi Port Trust (KPT). The transaction involved developing a financial model and preparing a comprehensive valuation report.

Tesla Group – Giga Factory
Bridge Factor has been assigned to raise debt and equity for the construction of a battery energy storage system manufacturing facility in Romania. The planned annual production capacity of the factory will be 4GWh, making it the first of its kind facility in Europe. BF is in talks with reputable international investors to raise approximately EUR 60 million in equity for this project.

Akbar Bilgrami founded Bridge Factor & holds over 40 years of International experience in banking and corporate finance. Before Establishing Bridge Factor in 2005 he headed the Management Consultancy Division of Grant Thornton (Pakistan Practice). Akbar has been involved in a number of projects in an advisory capacity covering Loan Syndications, acquisitions in the Banking, Telecom, Power and Manufacturing Sectors, as well as major privatisation transactions. Given his vast international experience and expansive network of contacts, Akbar has been instrumental in arranging equity and debt finance for major clients, structuring and negotiating mergers & acquisition deals, and providing negotiation support in complex transactions on the national and international front.

Ahmed has been instrumental in obtaining recognitions and accolades from reputed accreditation organizations including Euromoney, Bloomberg, Thomson, Factset, The Banker and CFA Association of Pakistan.
