Telecom Towers of ATL
Bridge Factor is providing sell-side advisory services for raising equity to expand the telecom tower portfolio from around 1000 towers to 2250 towers. As part of this effort, Bridge Factor has undertaken a valuation exercise and prepared a detailed financial model.

Telecom Tower Project
Bridge Factor conducted transaction structuring for the Telco Tower Project, which involved the establishment and solarization of telecom tower sites for all Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). We developed complete transaction documents, including a financial model and Information Memorandum, and arranged financing for the Project from leading banks in Pakistan.
Bridge Factor structured the Telco Tower Project, establishing and solarizing telecom sites for MNOs, and secured financing from Pakistan’s leading banks.
Tasc Tower
Bridge Factor provided services for the acquisition of the Tower Portfolio of Mobilink and Warid Telecom by TASC Towers. This included advising on the acquisition structure, developing a financial model and marketing documents, and arranging debt financing of USD 500 million.

Wi –Tribe Pakistan Ltd
Bridge Factor provided buy-side advisory services for a consortium of CapAsia and Comcept (Pvt.) Ltd for the acquisition of 100% shares of Wi-Tribe Pakistan Ltd amounting to US$ 35 million.

Akbar Bilgrami founded Bridge Factor & holds over 40 years of International experience in banking and corporate finance. Before Establishing Bridge Factor in 2005 he headed the Management Consultancy Division of Grant Thornton (Pakistan Practice). Akbar has been involved in a number of projects in an advisory capacity covering Loan Syndications, acquisitions in the Banking, Telecom, Power and Manufacturing Sectors, as well as major privatisation transactions. Given his vast international experience and expansive network of contacts, Akbar has been instrumental in arranging equity and debt finance for major clients, structuring and negotiating mergers & acquisition deals, and providing negotiation support in complex transactions on the national and international front.

Ahmad is an experienced investment banker with more than 22 years of professional experience in corporate finance, privatizations, M&A advisory and management consulting. He has actively closed/worked on advisory mandates worth USD 7 billion. His experience in privatization sector spans on last 15 years where he worked on nearly USD 4 billion mandates which includes both sell side and buy side advisory. Ahmed has been instrumental in obtaining recognitions and accolades from reputed accreditation organizations including Euromoney, Bloomberg, Thomson, Factset, The Banker and CFA Association of Pakistan. Ahmad is a Chartered Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Amina Ansari

Amina has 10 years of experience spanning over the Investment Banking and Power Sector industries. She has been a key team member in landmark listed debt and equity issues including PKR 2.0 bln retail TFC issue of KE and PKR 12.2 bln IPO of HBL. Before joining Bridge Factor, Amina managed to secure debt commitments for a 350 MW green field coal IPP under development from a consortium of local and Chinese (Sinosure backed) Banks. She holds a BSc Honors degree in Mathematics, with a minor in Economics from LUMS.
